HI-PRECISION FIN TOOLING

Stamco Tooling International is the only company in Australia capable of designing, developing and manufacturing complete turnkey fin lines for the air conditioning industry. Full rebuilds of existing tooling and ongoing maintenance programmes are all part of our customer support plan.

HI-PRECISION PRESS TOOLS

Stamco Tooling International have been designing and manufacturing multi-stage progression dies for over thirty (30) years. The customer base includes the communications, electronics and automotive industries. systems.

SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES

This is another area where we have been at the forefront over the years. Stamco Tooling International has been one of the two preferred suppliers to the TRW Steering and Suspension Group Australia for the past twenty (20) years. In that time we have built hundreds of various types of machines with inclusions such as pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics.

Includes Sodick A320 Wire Cutter, Jones & Shipman 540E Surface Grinder with digital readout, EDM Machine, Jones & Shipman Cylindrical Grinder, two (2) Jones & Shipman 540 Surface Grinders, four (4) Bridgeport Mills with digital readouts, plus all the usual equipment a toolroom requires.
